It only seemed right that the Fairy Godmother came to Cinderella's aid and helped her to win her prince. After all, she was kind and good. But really, is there a little girl alive who does not wish that the Fairy Godmother would recognize that she too is truly a princess down in side and just need a little repackaging to help the world see it?
The fantastic news is that the Fairy Godmother has opened two salons at the Walt Disney World Resort where lovely little ladies can come to get the sparkle and shine that every princess needs. And the Fairy Godmother has brought on a whole team of “Fairy Godmothers-in-Training” to help with these grand transformations.
The original Bibbiddi Bobbiddi Boutique can be found in the World of Disney at Downtown Disney Marketplace. The Bibbiddy Bobbiddy Boutique is just part of the Princess Room at World of Disney. The Princess Room is the place to go for all of your classic Disney Fairy tale items. The room looks like a castle hall and even has an Audio-Animatronic princess that sings to guests. There are stations where (for a fee) girls can make a tiara or wand, fill a jewelry box, or purchase princess make-up kits where (for a fee) girls can make a tiara or wand, fill a jewelry box, or purchase princess make-up kits.
*NEW*: Disney's Secret Star Makeover. Only available at the Downtown Disney location. The Hannah Montana inspired Disney "Secret Star" makeoverincludes a blond wig and microphone headset. Once the pop star transformation is complete, the guest holds a guitar and poses for a photo. This package includes: commemorative photo, Hannah Montana style wig, microphone headset, a guitar shaped purse, a T-shirt, and a fun make-up kit. Cost: $109.95 + tax. If you haven't spent quite enough money just yet, a full Hannah Montana costume including pants and jacket are also available for purchase.
The Bibbidi, Bobbidi Boutique has been so popular that a location opened in the Magic Kingdom in September 2007. The boutique is located in the Castle.
The following list of available services for girls ages 3 and up are certain to bring squeals of delight:
The Coach Package includes sash, hair style and shimmering makeup for $44.95 + tax.
The Crown Package includes sash, hair style, shimmering makeup and nails for $49.95 + tax.
The Castle Package includes the Crown Package and a complete child-size costume with accessories. You will also receive one 6x8-inch photo + four 4X6-inch photos in a Princess-themed photo holder. $180 to $250 + tax, depending on which costume is selected.
You may choose one of three hairstyles: The Fairytale Princess, the Disney Diva, or the Pop Princess.
Princesses sometimes have brothers – if they did not, there would be no princes in this world and what a disaster that would be! Since the princes sometimes end up having to come to the salon, the Fairy Godmothers-in-Training are now offering a service for boys called “Cool Dude” that offers hair styling, colored gels/sparkles, and Mickey Mouse stencils to put him in top handsome prince form.
Special Instructions: Children must be at least 3 years old. The child's name & age and the accompanying adult's name must be provided when the reservation is made. You must bring your own comb or hairbrush to the appointment. Hair must be clean, combed, and free of scalp disease. Finger nails must not have any polish and hair should be free of gels, hairspray or similar products. One adult must stay with the child through the entire appointment.
Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM daily. The last appointment is at 5:30 PM. Walk-ins are accepted when space is available but reservations are strongly recommended.
There is no charge for having us make your Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and Dining reservations when you let us book your hotel, vacation package, qualifying theme park ticket order, Cirque Du Soleil or Blue Man Group tickets.
Reservations are included in the cost of our custom touring plan or reservations services, when purchased separately.
