Build A Better Mouse Trip is pleased to offer reservation services to anyone, even if you are not using our other services.  Having us do your Disneyworld Resort, Activity, and Dining reservations is particularly helpful if you live in a time zone where it is very inconvenient to call at 7:00 AM Eastern Time for those hard-to-get character dining experiences.  International callers have the double hassle of lengthy time changes and expensive International calling charges.

What Our WDW Resort, Ticket, Activity and Dining Reservation Service Costs:

  • Free - When you let us book your Disney or Universal Studios resort reservations or purchase theme park tickets through us. There is no extra cost involved and you still benefit from advance purchase savings or special promotions.
  • Prefer a non-Disney or non-Universal hotel? That's okay too - let us make your hotel, ticket, and rental car reservations and you'll receive our Disney or Universal dining reservation services for free.
  • If you prefer to make all your own phone calls and arrangements, we also offer our Disney or Universal Dining Reservations Service for a flat fee of $35 regardless of the length of your stay, number of reservations required, or number of people in your party.

What this service includes:

  • Resort reservations: The first major decision is whether to stay “on-property” or “off-property”. Larger families may save money by staying in an off-property hotel or resort. But there are many benefits for staying at Walt Disney World or in a Universal Orlando hotel where the full experience never stops. We will offer suggestions based on your likes and dislikes. Once you have decided on your resort, we will make the reservations for you.
  • Events and Other Activities: We will provide information about activities like golf, fishing, spa treatments, Cirque Du Soleil La Nouba, or Disney / Universal special after-hours parties and make any reservations needed.
  • Dining Reservations: The dining experience is an important part of the Orlando vacation experience for most people. We can answer questions about restaurants in the theme parks, at SeaWorld, Downtown Disney, Universal's CityWalk, or at the Disney and Universaltheme parks and resorts and we can often provide sample menus. Ask as many questions as you need to - we are here to help. We can also help with your counter-service dining questions. Then, we will call for your Advance Dining Reservations (formerly called priority seating at Disneyworld) as soon as the reservation window opens - or, as soon as you make your decisions about dining. Most Disney dining reservations can be booked up to 180 days in advance.
  • Daily Calls: We will contact the appropriate reservations desk each morning as soon as your Advance Dining Reservation (ADR) window opens. This is most important for those guests not staying at a Disney / Universal hotel during holiday and peak travel seasons. We will send a daily email to let you know that we have secured your reservation.
  • Special Dietary Restrictions: We can include any allergy or special dietary needs in the reservations. Some dietary issues require a second call giving advance notice to the restaurant itself – we will do this at no extra charge. Diabetic, low cholesterol, Kosher, Vegetarian and other dietary needs can all be accommodated.
  • Disney Dining Plan / Universal Meal Deal Recommendations: If you are staying at a Disney resort, we will evaluate your dining plans to determine whether or not the Magic Your Way Disney Dining Plan is a good value for your family or group. We offer the same evaluation for the Universal Studios /Islands of Adventure Meal Deal program.
  • "Plan B" Dining Reservations : We prefer to make dining plans well in advance to ensure that you get your first choices. With later bookings, we will help you find a suitable alternative if a first choice reservation is already full. We also make weekly checks to see if there are any new openings in the 1st choice restaurant. If something comes available, we'll book it and cancel the existing reservation.
  • Printable Reservation Schedule: We will provide a schedule of your reservations - including date, time, location, and reservation number. If you're dining at the Disney resorts and using Disney transportation (buses, monorail etc.), we will provide the transportation information you need.
  • Follow-Up Services: There is no penalty for changing your mind - we can change or adjust reservations as needed. Feel free to contact us well in advance of your trip. We prefer to have lots of time to help with your Disney dining reservation planning so that you will already know what you want when the Dining reservation window opens.
  • Consultation Services: With Build A Better Mouse Trip, you are dealing with a real human being who is available to provide information, offer suggestions, and answer questions all along the way.
